Meeting Information

The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees will be conducted on the third Wednesday in the month of May of each year at 1:00 p.m.

The monthly scheduled meetings of the Board of Trustees for the Thorn Creek Basin Sanitary District will be conducted on the third Wednesday of every month at 1:00 p.m. (unless otherwise stated) at the District office located at 700 West End Avenue, Chicago Heights, Illinois. All interested public are welcome to attend the meetings.

Meetings for the Board of Local Improvements are held on an as-needed basis, typically 15 or 20 minutes before the Board of Trustees meeting.

Meeting Agendas and Public Notices of any rescheduled or additional meetings other than the regularly scheduled times mentioned above will be posted at the District at least 48 hours before the meeting.
